To dissmiss an executive member-You must have cause. In our bylaws it states that the executive committee has the right to rid anyone who misses 3 meetings.(exec. or regular)Also anyone who has held office for more than two years in the same station.The bylaws state no one stays in the same office for more than two years.
we are about to complete our by-laws and we need an article regarding what its take to dismiss an officer from his/her position.
