Our PTO has been told many times by certain higher authorities that if we start to over step our bounds that this person has the right to dissolve our PTO at a moments notice...I'm speaking of the principal, by the way. I recently found out an interesting tid bit of info that I thought I'd pass on for those with similar problems or with Prncipals who don't support the PTO. If your school is an accredited school or trying to reach the status of accreditation the school MUST have a PTO or PTA. So...never fear they need us very much and a gentle reminder of this could change attitudes quickly:)
