I have found out the same thing. The "Bylaws" are what your own group decides that you need. Make them simple but specific, so that they will not have to be rewritten every year or so. Good Luck!
We are having the same problem,outdated bylaws and not sure where they came from. Through my research bylaws are the rules the particular group makes up for them selves, they can be whatever you want them to be.
