No. We did adopt a conflict of interest policy that the officers sign annually, but I have not seen a nondiscrimination policy for a PTO before.

We are about to file for 501c3 status using the Form 1023 EZ application. I am curious if any of the PTO's that have obtained their status created a nondiscriminatory policy as part of that process or it not required of PTO's?
