Our school district requires a background check for anyone volunteering to help with the kids; our PTO uses that to screen out problems.

Hi. Our PTO has a parent that has signed up for a few committees and has cause nothing but havoc, has had other long term members leave because of her attitude. Now it has come to our attention that she has a felony record for theft and bank fraud. We are wondering how do we bring this up to the school and get her out. Anyone have any legal advice?
