I'm not a parliamentarian or anything, but I don't see why not. When else would they be approved? Seems to me a general membership meeting is a general membership meeting; the topic for the meeting shouldn't matter.
Is it customary to read the minutes of a General Assembly that was called for elections?
At the following GA af our Association when the Secretary started reading the minutes there was an objection .
The argument was that the first GA of a newly elected board should not read the minutes of the GA for elections .
Is this true ?
