Our small PTO, currently only 9 active members, has had major changes since last year. The President, Vice-President and Secretary all stepped down. I filled in halfway through the year as Secretary have basically been acting President to get through our July event. I will run for President next month, though the other members aren't interested in having "positions". Is it possible to just have a President and Exective Board of maybe 4 members? Bylaws were never posted and I haven't been able to track down a copy. How do we go about creating new bylaws if in fact we can just have a president and executive board?
