I can't imagine that would be a good approach. You probably have to do most of the work anyway, collecting the documentation (articles of incorporation, by-laws, financial information, etc.). Unless they're going to give you some boilerplate by-laws, take it or leave it, and then you're stuck with some by-laws that aren't what you wanted. You'd probably do just as well grabbing any random set of by-laws from this web site.

Really, it's not *that* hard to do yourself ...

Has anyone taken this route? There are a lot of websites that seem to take care of the nitty gritty for you.

Interested in if it's worked for anyone or if you are better off doing it yourself
