Our PTO is in the process of revising bylaws. The officers have reviewed current bylaws and made proposed changes and additions. I typed out the bylaws and under each one have the proposed changes in blue type so it will be easier to distinguish. My question is at the next PTO meeting are we supposed to have 2 readings of the bylaws or just one and do I have to read through each change and each change be voted on or do I just announce that there are copies available for review?
