Our PTO is planning to bring back our school calendar. In it we want to put pictures of the students on each of the different months of the year. Anyway, we have a principal who is leaving after this year and hasn't cooperated with us at all. We are told we need a photo release form, yet no one seems to have one we can copy. Does anyone have an example of what we need? Thanks for any help.
