Fundraising on 1023 (m)

something like that would be a separate line item on our budget. So all income and expenses are under that category. Our fundraisers are solely items that go home for sale or items purchased. An event, whether is a school carnival, field day, dance, etc., would be accounted for as separate line items on our budget.

Quick question...if we have an event where we charge admission, that is NOT a fundraiser, but an event, do we report those dollars in the fundraising section.

Example...our Father Daughter dance we charge admission. The admissions don't cover the event, the PTO allocated a certain amount each year to help cover the costs. Does the money go under fundraisers then? Or how do you report this?
