My kids old school, required that you be an active member for a minimum of 1 school year before running for the Exec Board... Double check the wording, cause if that is not stated... then it is fair game!

Our bylaws state that anyone that has paid their dues in good standing can run for an office on PTO, but there are people on the ballot that are not members of PTO. Is this wrong?
