I've completed three sales and use tax exemption applications over the last few years, but those didn't need the Consumer Services form because they were for PTAs, which are treated a little differently. But I've got an application in progress now for a booster club, and we filed form 100, not 102. Is there some reason you can't file 100? It seems like you should qualify as an organization affiliated with an educational institution.
We just recently rec'd our 501c3 determination letter. Next step, sales and use tax exemption in Virginia. However, I am confused as to what exactly we need to do. I'm getting tripped up over Form 102 Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Did anyone fill this out?
