We have used Hugh Skibbins and Animal Encounters. Both programs were good quality presentations. Hugh creates a watercolor painting with each grade level and while doing so, explains the different types of painting mediums he uses. He is visiting our school again this November.
Animal Encounters is with Dr. Robert James who is also an author of animal books. We had him a couple of years ago around Earth Day. He is very educational and brings a variety of animals that are not rare or endangered as he trys to teach the kids to respect the endangered animals and does not exploit them for commercial purposes. He even brought a huge Emu and the kids really got a charge out of that!
