It seems that Minnesota is a leader in the subject. I found info specific to you state before any others.

A parent from our school district has asked me if PTO offers any kind of program, films, ect on School Bus Safety. She said she found some items on a PTA web site, but we are not PTA so that does not help her. Any one who can give me some web site links or ideas would be great!
