Question: Fiduciary Agreement
Hi. We have a new Principal and she is pushing us to sign a fiduciary agreement and sign over our money to her district donations account. Her previous school was a PTA and she provided us the form from the PTA website. Anyone have pros v. cons of doing this? The information I find seems pretty restrictive which is why I believe we were set up at a PTO in the first place so that we would have more flexibility.

You're an independent entity with (hopefully?) your own bank account and your decisions are dictated by your bylaws and your members. That said, it sounds like there are some communication issues at play here. Hopefully you can meet and talk this through. Good luck!
