Question: Best Holiday Shop

I have never run the Holiday Shop at our elementary school before and did not realize there were so many companies out there that offer this service. Who would you recommend we use for our Holiday Shop? Who should we avoid? Do you recommend a count or no-count shop? Thanks for any suggestions/opinions you may have
