Question: Donating HSC Funds to a New School
Can a HSC vote on donating funds to newly formed HSC for another school with only 7 members voting, and no proactive notification other than the regular web based meeting agenda posting? Is there any other legal notification requirements that should be followed when donating? Is there any recourse parents can take for a re-vote or demand the funds be returned?
