Question: Yard sale/breakfast sale ideas
Brand new PTO. No funds yet but planning a yard sale/breakfast sale. What's the cheapest/easiest/best selling PRE BOUGHT or packaged (we can't handle the food) breakfast you can think of? Any ideas to draw in a larger crowd? Ways to raise money other than the yard sale space and food? We really need to be successful to get the PTO off the ground. Thanks for any help!!

I asked our editorial team for ideas on breakfast foods and here are some of the ideas shared:
Granola and breakfast bars
Whole fruit, like bananas and apples
Bagels with single-serve cream cheese pods
If you have access to a microwave, you can try prepackaged breakfast burritos or other breakfast sandwiches
Individual yogurts
Single serving cereal packs
Bags of individually wrapped mini muffins.
Hope some of these ideas help!
If you are looking for ways to raise money, you might want to consider a catalog fundraiser for the fall. It's relatively easy to execute and you could plan an event fundraiser (like a walk-a-thon) for the spring. We have tons of resources on the site to help you plan fundraisers.
