Question: Procurement Policy

Does anyone have a procurement policy? Something that says $ limits to purchases and what needs a vote and what doesn't? I cant find anything.

It is common for groups to set a limit for purchases made by the board that do not require a vote from the members. Usually, this is a few hundred dollars.

This is something your group could add to its bylaws. Your board can raise it as an issue to the group and it would require a vote to get included in the bylaws.
