Question: Contentious relationships on PTC Board

WE are a small private, catholic school. Members of Parent Teacher Council Board are overworked and stressed. How do we address discussion of what does and does not work well after a large event?

Hi,
It's common for people to feel stressed and overworked, especially at this time of year. Doing a review of an event is a really valuable thing to do -- it can also wait a little bit so people have some time away from it and don't feel as personally invested in it. One suggestion is to have people fill out a survey to review the event and then you can discuss the results. Here's a link to a survey template on our File Exchange.
