Question: Food handling

I am in Arizona and would like to know how does the food handling work? Does anyone that handles food for fundraisers provided by the PTO have to hold a food handlers card? Only one person? How does this work?

Your best bet would be to start with the school principal and ask for guidelines on this. If the principal doesn't have this information, then he or she would likely direct you to the school district office to get the information you need.
