Question: Holiday Vendor Event...More fundraising opps?!?
We are hosting a Holiday Vendor Event where tables are $35. We are also requiring each vendor to provide a giveaway valued between $25-$30. If they would like to donate a percentage of their sales back to the PTO, that is accepted, but not required... My question is this...what other opportunities are there to bring in some more $$?? We're going to have both a bake sale and kids corner, but what else can I do?!? Suggestions???

Advice from PTO Today
Rose H writes:Hi! This would be a great question for our Message Boards, so I will bump it over there. In the meantime, a few quick ideas: Could you hold a raffle? (You would need to check if your group would be required to get a permit.) Or, could you ask families and/or local businesses to donate some items that you could auction? (A small silent auction might work best so it doesn't overwhelm the holiday event).

As you will see in our team video below, thousands of dollars can be raised in a matter of 60 days or less for your educational needs.
This fundraiser is a load of fun! Our fundraising script will teach each student (approx. 700) how to sell just one box of product (coffee, organic green tea or hot chocolate) and your school will earn $9,100! If those same 700 students sold 5 boxes each, your school will earn $45,500!!! ;o) Our team would love to help you obtain any goal that is set.
We are, also, available to sell hot choclate, coffee and tea at events/festivals. Twenty percent of all proceeds will be donated to your organization.
