Question: Insurance Exclusions
Trampolines are typically excluded from liability coverage. This appears to be linked to outside trampolines. New trampoline faciliites indoors are popping up- can this be covered if it is at an indoor facility vs. outside?

Advice from PTO Today
Rose H writes:Hi,
In general, trampolines over 46" in diameter are excluded from coverage. When a PTO group has an event at an outside facility like a bowling alley or indoor game/sports center, then the off-site location needs to be providing coverage to anyone (PTO group or individual) who goes to the venue. Your group's coverage would not extend to this type of off-site facility.
