Question: Fundraiser -selling videos of student program

Is it legal for our PTO to sell copies of the holiday program performance by our students to parents as a fundraiser?

It's a common practice and we're not aware of anything that would make it illegal, but rules do differ from state to state. If you're concerned, check with an accountant familiar with nonprofits to make sure your process meets state (tax) requirements.
