Depends on how it was set up, but probably not. The principal can prohibit you from holding meetings on school grounds and can not allow you to distribute any literature through backpacks, which would probably effectively shut you down. But if you are incorporated, there are certain procedures that should be followed to actually dissolve the corporation. Even if you are not incorporated, you have bylaws, and those should specify how the organization is shut down.
