Question: PTO member help

we have a chair, sec, treasuer and have a very busy fundraising schedule due to small school whos needs are alot and would not happen with out the pto...but we are stretched and want to have 2 more members...which is the best way to accomplish this? Thank you

If the rest of your board does not have anyone in mind, ask your school secretary! She see's everyone and or talks to everyone. She may be able to give you names of a couple of people to chat with. If that doesn't work, talk to you principal and asst. principal, they should know of someone also. ten at your next meeting , if you find someone to take that spot, have a vote and get them to work :)
