Question: money qustion

In the past our school has gone to sea camp ant the PTO has provided scholarships for a few kids. This year the school isn't doing the sea camp but a few parents have got together to organize it and send kids to it. They want to use the scholorships for sea camp, so can we still do this if it isn't a school function?

Yes, you can do it. It's a matter of prioritizing how to spend your money -- whether you still feel it's a valuable thing to do vs. other things you might do with your money. But sending children from your school to an educational camp certainly seems in line with a parent group's mission.
