Has anyone ever made a Santa mailbox that I could use at my school function to allow the children to deposit their letters into ??

Never made one, but I've seen some pretty cute ones. They can be as simple as a big box wrapped in Santa paper and with a slot in the top. Hang a sign on it that says something about North Pole express delivery and you're good to go!
