Question: Form 199 or Form 199N, California Franchise Tax Board
Do all California PTOs need to file the California Franchise Tax Board form 199 or form 199N? I read that beginning in 2010, all tax-exempt organizations need to file this form electronically. Does this apply to PTOs as well?
