Question: Valid election
Can an assistant principle be elected to an officer position? Is this not a clear case of conflict of interest?

Craig writes:It does seem like an odd choice. Is there a parent who is willing to fill the position? If no one else is available and he's willing to do the work, then I guess you work with it. If you're unhappy about the situation, check your bylaws -- they might actually restrict membership (and thus, officer positions) to people who have a child in the school.
