Question: By law changes

We created a committee for by law changes, we agreed to the changes. Does this mean the changes take place without the committee reviewing & approving the final draft?

Bylaws changes need to be approved at a general meeting (unless your bylaws state otherwise). If you voted at a general meeting to accept the bylaws changes as written, then they do not need to go back to the committee. If you approved the general idea of the changes and not the specific text, then you should have the committee (or your board) finalize the text and present it for final approval at the next meeting.
