Question: How to uncorporate a PTO?

Our PTO incorporated last year. Needless to say there have been many changes in officers loss of members etc. Because of the unstableness of our orgnization unincorporating is being considered. How is this done? We are in Florida

You should contact the Florida Department of Corporations for information: 850-245-6000 or corphelp@dos.state.fl.us. Florida has a form for dissolving a nonprofit corporation, but you should check with the state to see whether there are other requirements.
