Question: Changing Forms

Does the building principal have the right or the authority to change one of our forms (specifically a voucher request form) without consent or consulting with the officers or members of our group?

If it's your form, you have final say. But it would be worth finding out what the principal's thinking is behind the changes and considering them carefully. If you elect not to make the changes, let him know in a professional way what your reasoning is. You should also explain to him why you would like changes to be approved by the officers (it's important for you to keep track of your own systems, for one thing), and give him an easy way to communicate his concerns/needs, etc. The goal is to establish a sense of teamwork between your officers and the principal. You certainly don't want an antagonistic relationship, so handling things in a professional and straightforward way will help.
