Question: LLC or Inc or PTO (type A,B,C,D) - NY

What would be the best way to incorporate our Non Profit PTO in NY (we intend to apply for tax exempt status). We expect to have an income under 30,000 yearly. Our school is a charger language school that meets once a week. It is funded by a foreign governemnt. Thank you in advance.
