Question: Correcting grammar in our bylaws

Do we need an amendment to go back and correct grammar and punctuation in our existing bylaws?

If you're talking about a straightforward grammatical change -- a sentence was inadvertently written with the wrong tense of the verb, for example -- I'd say no. If you're talking about rewriting sentences to make them clearer, then yes, you probably should vote. I'd present all of the changes at once and ask for a vote by acclimation (voice vote) at a meeting. That should be sufficient if these are changes no one will object to.
