Summer Poem Labels for Kit, Baggies or Collection Sheet

This is a modified version of the 'Twas nearing summer..." poem. I loved this idea and just changed a few words to make it fit on a 5164 shipping label. These come 6 to a sheet and are ideal for sticking to baggies or collection sheets or letters going home with the kids for the summer. I am creating a Summer Collection Kit and plan to place this on the outside of the envelope I am putting everything in to send home with the kids. This can also be printed onto paper and cut out to put in baggies, etc.
