Snowball Fight Contest Collection Sheet

I loved the idea of the Snowball Fight discussed in the Box Tops Coordinator Forum, but was troubled by encouraging kids to "fight." So, I created this collection sheet with the idea that the kids would "throw" Snowballs of Kindness at each other. So during the first weeks of December, we will run the contest, and classrooms will earn the paper snowballs for every 10 BTs submitted on their sheets. I also will provide the teachers with some cute little tags with kind words to go along with each snowball. For example, sayings like "Catch the kindness from Ms. X's class" or "Hearts melt with kind words" or "Snowbuddy's better than a good friend" or "Be warm from the inside out!" Every time a snowball is stuck to another classroom's door, the throwing classroom will also attach one of these kind words tags to go along with it. That way, we encourage the excitement of throwing the balls, but we also work to uphold our school's focus on character education.
