"WILD" about Box Tops collection sheet

This year our PTA had a "WILD" about PTA theme for the school. I created this Box Tops collection sheet to tie into the theme for the year. Everything revolved around "wild" animals and safaris. To save space and paper, I created a poem on half of the sheet and the collection spaces on the other half. I created it on my computer in black and white to make the copying come our clearer. Print this out on bright paper and watch the kids have some "wild" fun.
