50 Count Editable Collection Sheet for Summer Vacation

Like most of our homemade collection sheets, this one started with someone else. I just edited it to fit my needs & my school. You can do the same thing. Keeping the directions to a minimum on the front leaves plenty of room for all sizes of BTs to be attached. I'm using it for summer time. I'm adding a poem - which also started somewhere else & has been edited to fit my school. I'm placing it on the back side of the collection sheet so that I'm only sending one piece of paper home. Everyone who gets this sheet will know from the poem what to do with it. I'll upload the poem here as well. Its called "Twas the day before vacation" & you can edit that as well.
