End-of-Year Committee Report

An end-of-year report to give the incoming PTA officers and executive board an up-to-date overview of each committee's work as budget planning gets under way: activities, planned/actual expenses and revenue, details about materials/supplies, and the people who made it all work. Also, lessons learned: how can we improve? Did you need more money? More people? More support from other parts of the PTA? What advice would you give your successors? Adapted for our group from an existing PTO form.
