You are right, there are some great files there! However, none really fit what I am hoping to find. I was hoping for some type of spreadsheet that lists all the various booths/games and the time slots. Then some sort of space for the volunteers to check in when they arrive (could be a check mark, signature, whatever.) The goal was to have it all one one or two pages so that we could easily see if someone didn't show up, etc. I have started to create one, but it's taking me forever! lol. I was hoping to modify someone elses rather than recreate, to save time. Thanks again.

Yes I have this -- it is an excel version and you can go in and change teh games-- it has 2 slots behind each -- we have two shifts for ourfair-- I',m out of town- I will post it on the file exchange after 17th-- hope it helps!
