GSAHSA09--Do you take pictures during school and have them all
ready for them on the nite of arts and crafts?
I'm trying to get this all planned out prior to presenting it to the rest of
the PTO--if it requires to much work --they will be against it
We have received our kit and it has been quite helpful with our planning of this event. We've already planned on the crafts we will be doing and are concentrating on getting the supplies now and pre-packaging some of the art projects we'll be doing.... Love the ideas PTO TODAY came up with for this one.... we actually expanded on it to include one of our local pottery companies... Should be a great family fun event...
We are planning ours for January after the Christmas rush and the holidays--- we thought families will have a great selection of pictures t chose from, but we are changing it a little-- we will not have as many stations--- we are limiting ours to 4, plus having a pottery company coming out with items to buy and paint as well.
I have not done it yet but I am planning on doing it soon. I am changing it up a little bit. I am planning on calling it " Arts & Crafts/Meet & Greet family". I will be taking photos of all of the kids in different shots and then we will decorate them on the night of the event and each child will pick a photo to put in the frame. The idea is I want the families and children to meet each other and socialize.
