I would also suggest having parents donate raffle baskets. Then the tickets can also be purchased to put in the box of their choice to win that raffle basket. A lot of moms that are home-party reps. would be interested in donating for advertising and they can gear the basket towards kids!!
Face Painting - 2 tickets or 50cents
Temporary Tattoos - 2 tickets or 50 cents
Fingernail Painting - 2 tickets or 50 cents
Hair Painting (Spraying) -2 tickets or 50cents
Bingo - I'm not sure simply because of how detailed it can be
Now with the food items here is how I'd plan the menu:
Meal 1: Hamburger, chips, drink 2.50 or 3.00
Meal 2: Hot dogs, chips, drink 1.50 or 2.00
Then offer individual prices
Popcorn - 50cents-75cents
Ice Cream - 25cents a scoop
Nachos with Cheese -1.00
Cotton Candy -50 cents
Soda/Water - 50 cents
Hot Dogs -50
Hamburgers -1.00-1.50
Bag of Chips - 50
Sno-Cones -1.00
i am not sure about were you are from but here in texas if you have a carnival and you use tickets for everything than it is tax free. also when we do chocolate sales (ie. worlds finest chocolates) it is also tax free so this would help you do more than one fundraiser a semester
