www.justgiving.com/ which is an online way to raise donations.
Requests usually require followup by phone and the earlier you get your request in to a vendor, the better.

Birthday Express will donate one birthday party package (of equal or lesser value) for every birthday party package purchased by members of a non-profit organization. All the information is on their website -- www.birthdayexpress.com/bexpress/info/donations.asp

I got this from another post. Maybe you can tell me if this is any good. It is a national donors list, I guess. Also, is there a good time of year to ask for donations, or is anytime of year good?
