Looking in our system we do not have a group with your name ever ordering from The Goodies Factory. We dont promise a delivery date until you pay your invoice. Did you pay on time?

Unfortunately, the shipping goes by weight not size. Plus with frozen items they are required to place dry ice on the product.

The Goodies Factory only offers 1 size of cookie dough. Never have offered more than that.

Do not use! What a nightmare! Promised several dates and never delivered!
Other promises were not delivered.

Its not their fault for the shipping , you have to take into consideration it does take time to pick and package your product plus Fed Ex sets their own price for how much is shipping and how far it has to go...13 dollars actually is pretty reasonable if you live on the other side of the country...also depends on weather, gas prices, etc.

I am a parent whose child's school is using the Goodie Factory for a fundraiser. Pros-Nice selection of items to choose from. Prices seem to be about the going rate compared to other fundraisers we've experienced for similar products. At first we thought it was really cool that we could post a link to facebook to expand our child's 'territory' so to say and help with the school's fundraising goal. This is where the cons come in- after posting the link, some family who wanted to help, but don't live in town, reported back to us that when you use the online store The Goodie Factory really rips you on the shipping. One person wanted to order an item that only cost $6.50. The Goodie Factory wanted an astounding $13.50 to ship it!! And I KNOW this is NOT a heavy item that was being ordered. That's just a tad bit shady in my opinion.
