We are just implementing the Room Parent program at our school. I have personally called and signed up one parent in each class to participate -- all have agreed to very willingly. I only have 1 more class to reach. At this time, the room parent will only be involved with PTG info, etc. Teachers will have the option to piggy back on this program.
Our school is very small - about 120+ kids (PreK-8th).
Any advice to kick off this program would be appreciative. Is there any concerns I should pay attention to --
