We've got about the same amount left to do. You'll do it! Just take a day somewhere and don't think about the PTO or school for 24 hours. It helps a lot!

I have been delegating alot this year because I was so tired of doing everything myself. I actually wrote a PTO Handbook last year that describes everything that we do throughout the entire school year. I absolutely love being able to volunteer at my son's school. He loves seeing me running around the school, and his friends want me to be their Mom.
Is anyone writing procedure books for these activities. Having something written down will help you find people to do these jobs in the future. It doesn't have to be anything long, everything could be in a bullet form and only one page long.
