at our school we have done a bulletin board with a "Wish Upon A Star" theme. The bulletin board is done in a dark blue background with a night sky theme. and is placed near the main entrance of the school for maximum exposure. Each teacher is given Stars that have been cut using the dye cut machine and they are asked to write their classroom wishes on individual stars...(these wishes are also logged onto a sheet that is kept in the office) Parents can remove a star and sign it out at the office and purchase that wish for the teacher... It is fun to see the stars disappear and know that a teacher is getting her wish.

I haven't posted about it here before but we have a teacher's wish list program which is posted on our website. Since we are a Middle School it works well for us. The teachers can give me a basic list for the website and I will update it once. It the teachers get 80% participation for PTO membership then I will update their list once a month during the school year.
