You'll need:
- Chocolate pudding cups
- 4" bamboo skewers
- Blue and white construction paper or card stock
- A red marker
- Tape
Using the white paper, cut out 3 flags for each pudding cup. One should be large; this will be the anchor flag at the bottom. Of the two remaining flags, color a red cross shape (the St. George's Cross) using a red marker. Alternatively, you can download a printable version of the flag here. Thread the flags through the bamboo skewers, starting with the top flying flag, or tape to adhere.
Trim blue construction paper into a 6" wave shape. Tape around the base of the pudding.
Just before serving, stick the bamboo skewer into the top of the pudding pack.
